在孕程第38週末與進入第39週時, 我的肚臍上方出現了許多小紅疹子, 會很癢, 而且越抓越癢!!! 上網查一查, 發現與荷爾蒙內分泌的變化有關, 也可能與胎毒相關.... 我的症狀還好沒有延伸至四肢或全身. 我都忍住不去抓, 因為沒用只會更癢. 如果再有嚴重的情況, 我就要趕緊找醫師檢查與治療! 目前胎動都很正常, 我也要多吃清淡些的食物, 避免外食的油膩, 希望情況能控制與好轉~
千萬別影響到寶寶才是啊~

我可是癢了好幾個月呢~ 晚上都睡不著! 不過你只癢一兩個星期忍忍就過了! 可以擦藥呀! 擦藥還有一點用!

Me too! I itched from the waist down, all the way to my ankle, and I can't even sleep! My doctor prescribed oral medicine since he mentioned that the itch is internal and topicals won't stop the itching. I don't remeber the name of the medicine anymore. But I double checked with the doctor, my cousin the pharmacist, and on the internet to make sure that it's safe!
