美國公民

今天2014年1月8日宣誓成為美國公民，從申請到面試並今天的宣誓都非常順利。

記錄一下過程：

2013

Sep. 3 mail out the application ($5.6 priority mail envelope with $680 application fee check inside)

Sep. 9 received the receipt of $680

Sep. 13 fingerprint notice scheduled on Sep. 27

Sep. 27 fingerprint

Oct. 19 received notice for interview

Nov. 22 scheduled interview

Dec. 13 receive letter for oath ceremony

2014

Jan. 8 oath ceremony in Oakland ($3.5 x 2 Bart fee + $3 reserved parking fee)
Jan. 8 apply US passport ($135 fee)
Jan. 17 received US passport and naturalization certificate back in priority mail 

 從Oakland回到South Hayward bart station剛好中午十二點，正好按計畫去吃Tea station in Newark.

今天的牛腱有點鹹，還好有杯波霸奶綠，一直喝到回家才恍然大悟忘記說不加糖! 真是吃了不少卡路里啊～

*1997年9月3日我從台灣來美國唸MBA。剛好9月3日寄出表格!
*2006年11月16日拿到綠卡，直到2013年9月才申請公民。
